I love my iPhone, and when it started randomly re-booting I was really bummed. Not being a ATT customer means there is no warranty, so I started my online search for iPhone Repairs.…. After a few minutes I came across ipodjuice.com I gave them a call and talked to one of their technicians about my problem, he knew instantly what I was talking about.
The whole process was a breeze. You order your evaluation and return shipping, print the reciept, box it and drop it in the mail. I used USPS Priority going there and FedEX 2 day shipping on the way back. I shot them an email letting them know it was on its way (on Friday) and recieved an email on Monday they they recieved it and it was in their work queue. Tuesday they had my estimate, Wedensday it was on its way back and Friday it was back in my hot-little-hands. Awesome service, reasonably priced and totally painless.
If you have an iPod that is losing it battery life, or has bad pixels they also sell do-it-yourself replacment kits. I will be using them again soon to replace my screen on my iPod video.
This is service like it’s supposed to be, 10 out of 10 – 5 Stars – 2 thumbs up!

Today I had the honor of photographing this years GO RED for Women committee at the Governors’ Mansion in Carson City.
The First Lady, Dawn Gibbons, was a gracious hostess and gave us a tour of the beautiful home.

Wednesday’s at Aura Ultra Lounge is WILD Diva nights …..
Wednesday nights from Feb 13-April 9, WILD 102.9 will be qualifying women to win a grand prize package. Contestants will have their photo posted on WILD’s website for 1 week, and listeners will vote on who they want to be the WILD Diva for Spring 08. The final week the top contestants will come back to Aura for a fashion show. The grand prize winner will be announced that night. The grand prize is a $1000 package that includes Ideal Image laser hair removal, Spa certificates to Seascapes Salon, a Make over from MAC cosmetics, and a photo shoot and print package from your truly. I will post the voting link as soon as it is up …..
The ladies from WILD 102.9 are really nice …… come down and meet them.

Todays Fantasy Wedding Faire was non-stop brides from 11:00am to 4:00pm. It was great meeting everyone and hearing about their wedding plans. Unfortunately I didn’t bring my camera to get a photo of my booth (I know, bad photographer …) but I had a nice set-up. This year I decided to go with 10 large prints, half color and half black and white. It received a lot of oohhh’s and ahhhhh’s, and I got a ton of comments on how different my work was from everyone else’s … which is what I was going for. If you stopped by, THANKS!! Right now I am in the middle of re-designing my web site. I hope to have it finished by the Fantasy Wedding Faire – at The Grand Sierra Resort – on the 27th of January. I have also been working on a Wedding Vendor Directory for the last few months and it is almost ready to launch. I am going to offer vendors that I have worked with first shot at the “preferred listing” and category “banners.” My concept is a little different, well a lot different, than the other directories – and this will be strictly for the Reno – Tahoe area.
