I like to explain it this way. The basic level of security can compare to locking your doors and windows, you wouldn’t leave your home wide open. The next level is comparable to putting your jewelry in a safe, as well as locking all your doors and windows. If you had other peoples property in your care, you might do all that and have an alarm system. If you had multiple people, with different levels of responsibility, some would have the alarm code – some wouldn’t, some would be able to open the safe – others would not. You get the idea … As the security level increases, so does the inconvenience – not every one has access to everything.
